Our Approach

Relations with Parents/Carers

The Orange Tree understands the role of parents/carers is extremely important, therefore we strive towards creating a relationship with parents/carers at all times. We feel that this is achieved by having an open-door policy, one where parents/carers are welcome to visit the centre at anytime to discuss any issues they may have concerning their child. We will equip every child with a diary where communications between us and home can be maintained. All records and information about the children will remain confidential unless they are subject to investigation by local authorities.
